    My wife went in to upgrade her phone and was offered a Samsun S4, not the new S5, point one. Secondly she wanted to transfer her existing number to the new phone, apparently not a problem said the sales assist however it has taken 5 days to do this and another visit to the shop who on the second visit said it would be done in 24 hours, didnt happen. After calling T Mobile she was helped someway in getting a) her old phone switched off and b) how to get her phone number transferred which she eventually did by numerous texts to EE. Overall a poor show by this shop who seemed interested in only getting her signed up for another 24 months with EE Unfortunately my wife is not a phone wizard (like me) and was not shown around the phone with what is new on the S4 compared to her old S2, Would not use this shop again. Since found out that 4G is not available in Grantham and wont be for at least 6 months, talking to EE technical direct they say this is not guaranteed either.So why I might ask did the salesman at the shop get my wife to sign part of the form that says I have checked the 4G reception, this is quite frankly disgusting and will take up with EE direct
